Dr. Zin Myo Htet serves as Myanmar's Assistant National Coordinator for APFORGEN. Holding a PhD in Tree Physiology and Genetics, he applies his specialized academic expertise from his position within the Tree Improvement and Forest Botany Section at the Forest Research Institute in Yezin, Nay Pyi Taw. In this role, Dr. Zin Myo Htet is dedicated to representing Myanmar's interests and strengthening regional collaboration for the conservation of forest genetic resources.
